THE CHURCH AT WEST CREEK exists because of the faithfulness that preceded it. In 1971, a group of Christians in Parma began to gather as Trinity Baptist Church. 6 years later, further West, another group of Christians formed The Chapel in Middleburg Heights. Over the next 49 years, Trinity would go on to become Grantwood Community Church and The Chapel became Old Oak Bible Church. Together these two churches served Christ and his kingdom in Northeast Ohio for a collective 92 years. In 2020, the leaders of Old Oak and Grantwood met to discuss merging these two congregations, cultures, and works with the understanding that they would be better together. In January of 2021, The Church at West Creek was born.

"The Church at West Creek Exists to Exalt Christ in All of Life."
To Exalt Christ: We strive to honor Christ, not ourselves, for He is the all-sufficient Savior, the crucified, risen, and ascended Lord, and the one to whom all authority, power, and life belong. Apart from Christ, we are incapable of anything lasting or beautiful to the glory of God through the strength of the Spirit. We exalt Christ through our faithfulness in all of life.
In All of Life: This encompasses our life together as a fellowship as well as our responsibility as individuals to live lives consistent with our faith in private and public through our thoughts, words, and actions towards God and our neighbor. As men and women made in the image of God, we seek a comprehensive faithfulness in all we do with all we have, all to the glory of God.
